Paul Styduhar was appointed as Grafton Finance Director on January 10, 2005. Prior to that appointment, he served as Treasurer in the Village of Bayside, (1999-2005), and as Financial Manager in the Village of Fox Point, Wisconsin (1998-1999). Paul also worked with the Village of Fox Point in 1995 and 1996. Previous to his service in local government, he worked in the private sector: Cedarburg Lumber Company and Robert Half Finance and Accounting. Paul also completed internships with the City of Cedarburg, Wisconsin and the City of Odessa, Texas.
Paul received his Masters of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a concentration in Finance and Budgeting from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, TX, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, Whitewater, WI. Paul has also completed coursework and has applied for certification as an Economic Development Financial Professional.
Paul is a member of the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States and Canada (APTUSC), Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA), and the Municipal Treasurers Association of Wisconsin (MTAW). Paul is also an associate member of the Illinois Municipal Treasurers Association (IMTA). Paul has also completed the Wisconsin Municipal Treasurers Institute at the University Wisconsin – Green Bay, Green Bay, Wisconsin accredited by the APTUSC and MTAW.
