How do I obtain a refund for a program my child did not attend?

Refunds will be allowed 2 days prior to the start of a program. An administrative charge of $10.00 will be assessed for refunds meeting this criteria. To avoid the administrative fee, you may apply the refund as a credit to your account to be used towards a future registration.

Illness and/or injury refunds are allowed after the start and before completion of 50% of a program. Fifty percent of the program  will be assessed as an administrative charge for refunds meeting these criteria. Refunds are not allowed after completion of 50% of a program.

Refunds will not be allowed after completion of 50% of a program. Full refunds will be given for Department cancelled programs such as insufficient registration for a particular class. Prorated credit toward future registrations will be given for Department-cancelled program dates.

The Parks and Recreation Department urges you to call prior to the start of any program your child may not be able to attend. This allows the Department to fill any vacancies with children that may have been placed on a waiting list.
