Joint Review Board

Overview:

The Joint Review Board meets annually by state statute to review the Tax Incremental Districts' (TID) annual reports and performance. It is the Joint Review Board's responsibility to approve or deny the creation or amendment of a TID. The Joint Review Board also meets annually by state statute to review the TID's annual reports and performance.  The Village currently has three (3) active TIDs. 

Members:

The members of the Joint review Board consist of five (5) representatives, each representing one of the taxing jurisdictions and a citizen member of the community appointed at-large.

  • Milwaukee Area Technical College 
  • Ozaukee County
  • Citizen At-Large
