Financial Assistance Programs

Residents have been stretched thin with businesses facing supply chain challenges and families seeing costs in their everyday lives go up. In response, several financial assistance programs were established to help alleviate some of the financial stress families are facing and to ensure that people can keep the water running, the heat and lights on, and roofs over their heads.

Here are some programs the Village is aware of that can provide assistance with water and wastewater bills:

*Note: Residents are responsible for contacting and registering themselves with the financial assistance program of their choosing.

Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
LIHWAP provides funds to assist low-income households with water and wastewater bills. Referrals may be sent to support@wisconsinwater.help. Customers may also call Energy Services Inc. for LIHWAP at 1-833-426-9472.
