Water and wastewater billing is performed on a quarterly basis. Residential billings are distributed on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31. All water and sewer bills are due on the 20th of the following month. If not paid timely, a 3% penalty is added to the account.
Customers can opt in to receive electronic statements through our third-party vendor, Payment Services Network (PSN), by following this link. PSN allows you to opt in to electronic statements AND pay your bills; however, you do not have to use them to pay your bills in order to sign up for electronic statements.

ACH Automatic Payments
Customers can choose to sign up for automatic payments, which would allow the Village to automatically deduct the balance on their utility account from their checking account on the due date of the bill at no extra charge.
