Refunds & Cancellations

Unconditional refunds will be allowed 2 days prior to the start of a program. An administrative fee of $10.00 will be assessed for refunds meeting these criteria. Registrations paid by credit card will be credited back to the credit card less any applicable administrative fee. To avoid the administrative fee, you may apply the refund as a credit to your account and use the funds toward a future registration.

Illness and/or injury refunds will be allowed after the start and before completion of 50 percent of a program. Fifty percent of the program fee will be assessed as an administrative charge for refunds meeting these criteria.

Refunds will not be allowed after completion of 50 percent of a program.

Full refunds will be given for Department canceled programs due to insufficient registration, facility conflicts, or weather. Prorated credit toward future registrations will be given for Department canceled program dates.

Adult and youth programs that utilize outdoor facilities will be cancelled if weather prohibits facility use. Participants will be notified if cancellation occurs before 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. After 3:30 pm Monday through Friday and weekends, program cancellation will be at the discretion of the Program Supervisor and notice will be given prior to or at the program site.

Adult and youth programs that utilize indoor facilities (Robert P. Zaun Pavilion, Multipurpose Senior Center and School District facilities) will be cancelled for inclement weather in conjunction with school closings. When schools are closed due to inclement weather, programs are cancelled.
