Tax Payments with American Express. Official Payments can assess a 3 percent convienience fee of the payment amount.

Nationwide Payment Solutions charges a 2.45 percent convenience fee or a minimum of $1.50. If paying by Visa debit card, Nationwide Payment solutions charges a fee of $3.95.
