Responsibilities
The Public Works department maintains, repairs, and constructs:
- Streets, curbs, and gutters
- Sidewalks
- Street signs and traffic control devices
- Village buildings, machinery, and equipment
The Department is also responsible for public services such as:
- Garbage and recycling collection and disposal
- Snow and ice removal
- Forestry program
Engineering Services
Engineering services for the Village include in-house and consultant design and construction of public works projects.
