Adult and youth programs that utilize outdoor facilities will be cancelled if weather prohibits facility use. Participants will be notified if cancellation occurs before 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. After 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and weekends, program cancellation will be at the discretion of the Program Supervisor and notice will be given at the program site.

Adult and youth programs that utilize indoor facilities (Robert P. Zaun Pavilion, Multipurpose Senior Center and School District facilities) will be cancelled for inclement weather in conjunction with school closings. When schools are closed due to inclement weather, programs are cancelled.
