Parks and Recreation
Activities
The Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for directing a year-round schedule of leisure activities for citizens of all ages.

Over 30 programs are offered each year for adults and youth in areas such as aquatics, athletics, and senior citizen activities.

Facilities Management
Facility management duties include scheduling and overseeing:
  • 17 parks and open space areas encompassing 120 acres
  • Three seasonal picnic shelters
  • One year-round picnic facility
  • One nine-hole disc golf course
  • Two baseball fields
  • Practice soccer fields
  • Family Aquatic Center
