Public Works / Engineering
Responsibilities
The Public Works department maintains, repairs, and constructs:
  • Streets, curbs, and gutters
  • Sidewalks
  • Street signs and traffic control devices 
  • Village buildings, machinery, and equipment

The Department is also responsible for public services such as:
  • Garbage and recycling collection and disposal
  • Snow and ice removal
  • Forestry program
  • oversees Water and Wastewater operation

Engineering Services
Engineering services for the Village include in-house and consultant design and construction of public works projects.
